SOUTH DIRECTION YANTRA

Yantras are symbolic elements extracted by various religions and cultures. These geometrical representations signify mystical diagrams which when induced with power can do wonders in energizing the environment with positive vibrations. Yantra is a word which has been extracted from the words ‘yam’ and ‘trana’ from Sanskrit and they mean the essence of an object which lets one liberate from bondage. Such symbols let one perceive beyond bondage. These elements, called yantras, however, vary from religion to religion. For example, as per Hindu culture, yantras are mainly inspired by naturally formed objects or inanimate things like a smooth piece of stone is worshipped as Shivlingam, pertaining to Lord Shiva, while a roundish flat stone is regarded as Lord Vishnu’s identity in geometric shape using numbers and letters in Sanskrit.



 Dr. Puneet Chawla, however, has capitalized these yantras in a manner to benefit mankind as a whole by using them for rectifying Vastu defects for the environment. According to him, yantras are super sciences which form part of one of the art forms out of 64 which were taught to Indian princes since ancient times. A person who excels in the art of yantras is called a yantrik. As Dr. Chawla puts it, if these yantras are energized with mantras, they can work like wonders in removing negativity from within any structure.

South direction yantra:
The following problems arise when the south of the house does not comply to Vastu principles:

• Business losses continue to happen and family affairs are disturbed
• Stagnation in job scenario without any promotion instincts
• Work and relations hold no meaning for the person
• Children stop concentrating in studies
• Clashes among family members become quite common  

The south direction gives adverse results if the following points are not looked into in his respect:

• There is a bore well, water activity, swimming pool in the south direction
• The south of the plot has a wide opening
• There happens to be a thoroughfare or a wide road in the south
• The south direction floor level is on the lower side
• The south has the drawing area of the house
• The study of the children is located in the south
• The south direction has been painted with a blue color
• There are more windows in the south as compared to the north of the house

Dr. Puneet Chawla assures that all the above defects of the south direction can be rectified simply by hanging a south direction yantra on the southern wall of the house. This will let all the negative energy from this area sway away and induce positive vibrations within the environment.
